Briliant ruby red color. The nose is characterized by ripe soft fruits, cocoa, liquorice and black cherry. The taste is dense and well balanced with refined hints of coriander, sandalwood and vanilla.
At the arrival in the winery, it’s carried out manual selection of grapes on sorting tables before destemming. Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel vats at a temperature between 24-26°C for 2/3 weeks, Maloactic fermentation for further 6-7 months.
